According to the news, a 28-stories apartment located at the intersection of Yu Yao Road and Jiao Zhou Road was caught on fire.
The cause of fire was stated in the preliminary findings as spark from Welding work by unlicensed workers. The spark ignited the temporary structure for construction work. As there were many flammable construction materials around the area, the fire spread very quickly.
